Motivation

When I think about motivation, it’s about what makes me move and become who I am today. So, what I always say is “My young man is my outer but, I am my inner motivation”. This is because, everyone should have something that they may get out of bed for or, move for. Ultimately, in the end it comes down to the individual person. There are somethings in life that can have a weight on emotional, physical, spiritual and mental health. Yet, what keeps the individual going that they don’t allow life to beat them down. Some of the things I enjoy doing is taking time for self, being outside while staying active in some type of way. Whatever it takes for you the individual person to keep yourself going… do it. Just make sure it’s something that is positive that will have a positive outcome. Make up in your mind to move which is a part of motivation. I mean think about it, Yah (God) did not give you breath just to waste and do nothing with it daily. I hope that makes sense to someone that “death is the life you never arrived at”. Meaning when you know who you are as an individual fully, you begin to learn what makes you move and keep you moving. It may take time to get to that place, but don’t let anyone discourage you from moving forward. I know I am probably all over the place in some way. lol. So let me begin by maybe helping you place one foot in front of the other to figure out what motivates you, that you can live.

  1. Take time to evaluate how you feel in the a.m. and the p.m. (it doesn’t matter if its big or small).
  2. Try something that you never have done before. * The worse that can happen is you don’t like it, or you may like it
  3. What is one thing that is worth living for- I mean you just can’t live without it.
  4. Create a dairy for yourself that will help you to release some emotions that you may be feeling. *don’t worry about grammar or mechanics as this is for your eyes only
  5. Place yourself around positive people that Accepts you. * Keyword-accept

At least these are five things that you can begin to work on as you discover who you are. So, what motivates you?

How are you feeling right now?

I feel like water with an everlasting flow, as the ripples does not affect which way to go. Calm yet, still as the current moves slight, but still. The emotion to know that I feel calm in this place, free no walls to hold me in this space. Free flowing knowing all things are working for me. Peace as the sound release this emotion that is not related to worry. The current barely moving, as deep breaths are released. Each breath I taken… I realize the veins that run through me are like crystal waters. In silence moving, shifting to complete the task. This current that I feel touches the depth so I can learn each mineral in the water. So, how do I feel? Like a current moving calm, yet still, because inside peace became clear.

Trying to compress the emotions that are felt inside

Emotions that are felt but yet still stirring

No more…so why does it remain silent?

Pouring out but no one seems to see

Emotional hurt looking for what use to be

Theres a dark cloud hovering over through emotions

Drowning in sorrow I feel so horrible…

That part…ugh!

How do you plan your goals?

Why does a goal matter if you have no dream to dream?… So how do I make a goal from a dream that I no longer have, simply put. I take time out a busy day to write my thoughts on pieces of paper that creates one-word phases. I take those phases and meditate on what I shall do with them and how they will become. I then make sure I place each idea I may have in a notebook that is specifically for my thoughts. I do not mix ideas with other notebooks that I may have as this is secluded from all to see. I begin to visualize myself completing not thinking but completing each task. I begin to sit and write what it looks and feels like emotionally to obtain that goal. I make sure to have time as I have no time for errors but, that’s life right. Always full of changes amongst other things. Next, I speak that which I see into existence as they say, “Life and death is in the power of the tongue”. What a brilliant quote may I say. Hear is the important part in goal setting, I hope you’re ready…don’t place a time on the goal as it can come sooner than you might think. I last execute what it is that I have written down. I mean how else would I obtain the goal if I never went for it. Understand to complete a goal you have to go forth and have no fear in doing so but just believe that you already have the victory. After all I mean this is what I think of when obtaining something that I want. Mental imagery along with emotional feelings is key to it all. I mean I feel great when I’m able to think of a dream I once had become that goal which in return became my reality. Hey, what do I know? I am just low-key executing what I want and not what others want.

Strategies to Increase comfort

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

My comfort is peace at the end of a long day that allows me to reflect on my takeaway. A simple way to just meditate in order to have comfort. I personally enjoy listening to the sound of nature as the cicadas become loud in the background, music playing from cars driving by and helicopters flying as I watch the morning and night stars. It brings a peace that helps me to remember this is what life feels like. In tuned with my own mind knowing that serenity was always mine. I sit in stillness as I embrace the beautiful blue and midnight sky. This is comfort to me because, it allows me to increase comfort in my daily life in such a magnificent way.
